Valentino Petale Leather Satchel

Since it's Canada Day, I thought I would choose a bag that pays homage to the Great White North. Well, mostly the fantastically bright red color of the Valentino Petale Leather Satchel is the only thing that is remotely Canadian, but I'm going to roll with it since this bag is so gorgeous. It's part of the Petale collection which I think is so romantic. The leather construction of the rose on each bag is a work of art. This picture doesn't really do it justice, but believe me, these bags are stunning. The shape of the bag is so classically feminine, and the rose adds a bit of modern drama that is completely eye catching.

This is the medium version of the Petale that is made of the most incredibly soft nappa lambskin leather. It has a slightly domed shape with a top zip enclosure and an internal pocket in a luxurious silk lining.
