MAC Dazzleglass

If you're dying to get ultra fabulously shiny lips a la Megan Fox in Transformers 2 (seriously, they are so glossed up that you can't look anywhere else but her lips, even when she is wearing her uber short booty shorts), you need to check out the MAC Dazzleglass collection. I thought I was over the whole tons of shimmer and glitter in a lip gloss, but there is just something so fun about these glosses. Originally they were released as a novelty product with the Barbie and Hello Kitty collections, but they were so well received that they have now become a permanent fixture in the MAC gloss section.

Each gloss comes in a tube with a brush applicator, much like the Lustreglass, but this tube is glass, odd choice but I get that they were going for a different look for this product. The texture of the gloss is kind of a mesh between Lipglass, but not as sticky, and Lusterglass, a little stickier but not with as much color. Some of the colors like Date Night, Love Alert and Extra Amps have a little more pigment to them, but they all can be worn on their own for a nice opalescent look, or they can be worn over a lipstick to add a little more dimension to your lips. These are very lightweight glosses with tons of shimmer and micro glitter, but don't worry about it feeling gritty as other super glittery glosses do, these feel very smooth and luxurious. I think these are the most light refractive glosses that I have ever tried, and I have been loving how they almost make my lips appear a little bit fuller.
