I like lip stains, and I usually love Stila, so their new Cherry Crush lip and cheek stain was a no brainer purchase. I am not a great lover of long lasting lipsticks, but I find that stains aren’t as drying, last a little longer and are much easier to apply. It comes in a tube with a brush applicator, just like the rest of Stila’s lip glazes, but it only comes in one color, which is a deep berry color. I applied to my lips first, and it coats very nicely and you can even layer it if you want a deeper color. It tends to enhance your natural lip color with berry-pink and it’s very flattering, especially if you apply a clear gloss over top. As for using it as a blush, I was really surprised how natural it looked, like a very fresh pink on the cheek. My tip would be to apply sparingly at first because you can always add more if you want a deeper blush. It’s a great versatile product that I highly recommend!
