Jo Malone Apricot and Aloe Eye Gel

I came across Jo Malone's Apricot and Aloe Eye Gel one day as I was looking for a new under eye cream. I had heard about what a great product it was, but I wasn't sure whether a gel could be as moisturizing as a cream. The first thing I noticed when I tired it was that it did in fact moisturize the under eye area, and it was very light. In the past, especially during the summer, I found that some eye creams were just too heavy and would start to crease after you have applied concealer and powder, but the gel didn't. The gel isn't as moisturizing as a cream, so I don't really use it during the winter when my skin is at its driest, but it's a nice alternative when your skin is in need of something light and refreshing.

But the major selling point of the gel is its ability to reduce puffiness. The eye gel is loaded with aloe which has anti-irritant benefits, and it is combined with apricot to help calm and reduce puffiness. The product does not in any way reduce dark circles, but it calms that area very nicely especially if you put the gel in the refrigerator. It's a life saver if you've had some late nights and you're carrying some under eye baggage!
