LipFusion Beach Baby Bling Fusion

I have to be honest, I have tried a few of the LipFusion colors and, yes they were really pretty and did plump my lips, but I wasn't sure if I loved it enough to pay the $50 for one gloss. I will give the folks at LipFusion a nod though, it's by far the best plumping formula I've tried, way better than LipVenom in fact, the gloss was surprisingly long lasting and it comes in an array of colors.

If you've never heard of LipFusion before, here is a very scientific description of how the product works from Sephora, "Tiny, dehydrated, marine collagen micro spheres are instantly absorbed by the lips, and seek out the body's natural moisture. As soon as the spheres become rehydrated, they plump and hold onto the moisture they've collected, creating a mild 'swelling' of the lip tissue. The result is fuller, smoother, perfectly plumped lips in seconds." Whether or not you believe the "science" behind it, the product does plump and lasts longer than other plumping products, up to 48 hours apparently. Be warned, as with other plumpers, there is a mild stinging sensation that builds slightly as the product starts to work.

LipFusion has recently launched the Bling Fusion Collection, first with Velvet Bling and now with Beach Baby Bling. The only differences with the rest of the line are that they have a slightly higher shimmer content and a bedazzeled lid. As if some rhinestones are going to justify the price, please! Beach Baby is a limited edition summer color that is a sexy pink, that's pretty hot on the lips. It's a fun product, but I'm still not convinced it's worth the price tag.
